This is the nutrition website for my practice, Glasgow Chiropractic. I offer both chiropractic and nutrition services. I made a standalone website dedicated to nutrition in order to educate the public and clear up misconceptions.
Unfortunately, there’s a lot of wrong nutrition information out there. Many people just repeat what they read online or hear from someone else without checking to see if it’s true. Even doctors sometimes repeat wrong information.
This is nutrition information that you can trust. Not only am I a doctor, but I also personally research everything. I read the actual studies and cite my sources so you know what I’m saying is based on science, not just repeating what other people say.
To get started, first read the guidelines for healthy eating. Then learn about each nutrient, discover new foods, and save some recipes to try! You can also check out Myths and FAQs to read about some common nutrition myths as well as the Weight Loss page for dieting tips. Contact us to ask any questions and visit the Services page to learn how to become a patient. And be sure to follow us on social media and sign up for emails so that you never miss a new post or recipe!
Yours in health,
R. A. Glasgow, D.C.
Note: Richmond is a fantastic foodie city and I happily recommend local people and brands. These are recommendations that I personally believe in and are to help you find quality foods; I am not paid for them.
Follow us to see new posts and recipes as soon as they're published!
Or sign up to have them sent directly to your inbox.
